How do we interpret statistics
We count how many offers each candidate received and what salary. For example, if the Frontend developer in Kyiv with salary $2500 got 10 offers, we will count it 10 times. If there were no offers, he would not get into the statistics.
The column in the graph is the total number of offers. This is not the number of vacancies, but an indicator of the level of demand. The more offers there are, the more companies are trying to hire this specialist. 3k+ includes candidates with salaries >= $3000 and < $3500.
The upper blocks contain statistics on current online vacancies and online/passive candidates. Salary expectations of candidates – 25th and 75th percentiles. Salary forks of vacancies – median of the lower and median of the upper forks. Number of offers and responses – the average per job/candidate among current online/passive jobs. In the long run, the numbers will be 2-3 times higher.
